Leading as a Founder
Founder-leadership is unique due to the margin of personal identity woven into the role. In addition to organizational work, I serve female founders in transition who are well established, but sense that what comes next hinges on what's shifting within them.
Founders are the leaders whose inner lives and world-facing work overlap the most. I bring the same model I use with organizations, Internal Family Systems, to help founders understand what's driving them, what's holding them back, and what's asking to change.
In a short-term focused inquiry, or across a deeper season of transition, I help female founders access and operate from more Self-leadership bringing more clarity, courage and confidence to their business evolution.

This 1:1 container, curated specifically for seasoned founders who want an elite, psychologically rooted partnership as they steer their business through an extended period of evolution.
Over six months, we meet bi-weekly alternating between deep IFS discovery sessions and real-time strategic integration calls. Alongside our meetings, you are offered asynchronous Voxer, email & text access to keep you grounded during high-stakes navigation.
By dedicating the time required for deep systemic insight, trust-building and unburdening, you protect yourself from burnout and resentment toward what you have built. In doing so, you expand and protect your capacity for all you desire: greater impact, abundance and - the ultimate compensation - your soul-deep fulfillment.
