The Premise
Psychological safety is one of the strongest predictors of team performance and retention, but it's absence rarely looks like a safety problem. It looks like meetings where the real conversation happens afterward, in the hall. It looks like declining output, quiet apathy, and flattened motivation. It looks like good people leaving without saying why.
Most leadership trainings treat this as a policy problem, but teams don't absorb policy. Teams absorb leadership conduct and reflect it back as culture. Leadership without sound psychological grounding can quietly feed these problems while also keeping them concealed.
The CORE Leadership Framework⢠is grounded in Internal Family Systems, a leading-edge psychological framework that fosters Self-leadership - the internal coherence a leader brings to the work - as the foundation of psychological safety. As that coherence grows, greater trust, candor and constructive connection tend to follow - not as skills-based achievements, but as the natural byproduct of a new relational approach.

Teams don't absorb policy.
Teams absorb leadership conduct and reflect it back as culture.

The CORE Leadership Framework
TM
Building psychological safety, from the inside out.
CORE is a psychologically informed framework that builds key capacities across four dimensions of leadership that too often collapse into one another - or get skipped entirely.
By separating and cultivating each, we build a stronger scaffolding between organizational pain & progress.
ââââ
â
CENTER (Me)
ASSESS INTERNALLY, GETTING CALM & CLEAR BEFORE ACTING EXTERNALLY.
â
OBSERVE (You)
SEEK TO UNDERSTAND WITH CURIOSITY & COMPASSION, OPEN TO WHAT'S "IN THE WAY".
â
REGULATE (Us)
DISARM DISTRESS WITH COURAGE & CONNECTION, REDUCING IT AS A BEHAVIORAL DRIVER.
â
ENGAGE (System)
TAKE CREATIVE, CONFIDENT, ACCOUNTABLE ACTION IN SERVICE TO ALL PARTS OF THE WHOLE.
ââ
â
Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), CORE brings Self-leadership to the practice of leading others, building greater individual, relational, and collective capacity for change.

Four Ways to Implement Change:
Theoria Consulting offers a foundational full-day training, two levels of individual leadership advisory, and an overarching diagnostic of organizational needs & opportunities.
ONE-DAY TEAM TRAINING
Core Recalibration:
Leading Through a New Lens
Core Recalibration is a psychologically grounded leadership training that introduces leaders to a new lens for understanding & responding to human behavior, reactivity, and conflict in the workplace. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the IFS-informed CORE Framework, leaders learn to recognize the internal and interpersonal dynamics that drive misalignment, friction, and breakdowns in trust - both in themselves and within their teams.
This training equips leaders not only with insight, but with practical capacity.
Leaders learn how to interrupt reactivity, engage conflict more effectively, and respond with greater discernment under pressure. The result is greater clarity, steadier communication, and stronger cohesion when it matters most.
â
Each leader brings a real case - someone who's offered persistent challenges. The morning session works that case internally, while the afternoon revisits the case through a new, learned lens. The day is held off-site, in cohorts grouped by leadership level.
â
This group engagement encompasses a 9AM - 4PM full day and includes 2 follow up group consultation sessions by zoom for application and implementation support.

SINGLE ISSUE FOCUS
The 1:1 Clarity Intensive: For Rapid Insight
Some leadership challenges don't require months of engagement, but benefit deeply from focused, psychologically informed exploration and attention. The Clarity Intensive is a three-session, six-week engagement designed to address one specific issue, decision, relationship or recurring challenge that can't continue as is.
â
Across six weeks, we use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Core Leadership Framework to explore what's driving the issue beneath the surface, identify stuck patterns and new inroads, and to lay the groundwork for a more intentional and Self-led response.
This work is rooted in real-time experience and focuses on attuning leadership to meet the matter differently through three 90-minute sessions and asynchronous support between as the work is applied.
â
Three sessions. 6 weeks. One focused issue, substantially shifted.
1:1 PRIVATE ADVISORY
Core Coherence: Leadership Development
Core Coherence is a highly personalized, six-month leadership advisory grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Through close, one-to-one work, leaders develop a new foundational understanding of human behavior - learning to recognize and work with the internal and interpersonal dynamics that shape decision-making, communication, and conflict within themselves and their teams.
This case-based, integrative engagement is built around the leaderâs real-time experience, allowing insight and skill to develop in direct response to the challenges they face, internally and externally. Over time, leaders experience reduced reactivity, clearer judgment, and more grounded authority - strengthening how they lead, navigate complexity, and meet the unknown.

BROAD DIAGNOSTIC
The Culture Consult: Reflective Assessment
Sometimes the challenge is less clear. Something isn't working but where to begin - and perhaps how - remains unclear. The Culture Consult is a focused, organizational assessment designed to surface patterns affecting workplace culture, leadership, communication and psychological safety.
â
The process is designed around your organization and may include facilitated roundtables, confidential individual interviews at varied levels, and carefully constructed inquiry designed to safely capture the perspectives that often elude traditionally structured assessments.
â
Findings are synthesized into a comprehensive reflection of where the organization is now, what is needed to cultivate healthy workplace culture, and how to bridge the gap between.
â
A broad view. Relevant insight, revealed. A framework to enact change.
By Proposal:
Custom retreats, implementation support, and extended engagements can be designed by proposal around your organization's people, priorities, and goals.

Charity is a fourth generation entrepreneur who came to this work through years as a private practice therapist and in community-based crisis response - working with individuals and systems at their most strained, when outcomes cannot be performed.
That vantage point, paired with advanced training with the Internal Family Systems Institute, shapes how she reads what's actually driving behavior in a room: not who's difficult, but what's underneath it.
â
Charity brings this lens to leaders and teams navigating complexity, conflict and elusive, yet essential, change.
